José Muldoon's has been a staple of the Springs’ downtown scene for nearly forty years. The menu features authentic Mexican & Tex Mex fare, signature margaritas and a variety of burgers, sandwiches, salads and vegetarian entrees. We serve our famous cuisine using only the freshest ingredients, all prepared daily. The bar features over 50 different tequilas, and the City’s largest selection of Mexican import beers (draft and bottle).
 
In 2010 Jose’s expanded with a new location on the Powers corridor in eastern Colorado Springs. The east location features its own parking lot, 12 HD TV’s, and a very popular run club affectionately named “the Muldooniacs”.Both locations feature year round patios, HD TV, multiple fireplaces, and great daily specials.
 
José Muldoon’s, named after the legendary bandito (see About Us page), has been named Colorado Springs’ best Mexican restaurant several times by multiple publications.
